Employers can offer Rain to employees in less than 30 days without making any changes to the current payroll process. Rain easily integrates with existing payroll and timekeeping systems, funds the advances using its own capital, and administers the 100% voluntary program for employees, with very little lift on behalf of the employer partner. After the scheduled payday, Rain recovers the advanced funds through an employer-facilitated payroll deduction.
